Tracking Irene: Outer Bands Of Irene Reach Wilmington
The outer bands of Hurricane Irene are starting to impact Wilmington and some of the Outer Banks. Both Gov. Bev Perdue and President Obama have urged everyone in the path of the storm to evacuate.
