Weather to Expect: A much calmer weekend of weather is on the way. Sunbreaks with a few passing showers in the Saturday forecast. High temperatures will be running around 50 degrees this afternoon. Wind is much calmer, but still breezy at times 10-20 mph across Western Washington. Temperatures warm up into the mid 50s on Sunday with showers moving in during the late afternoon and evening. The next front will be holding offshore keeping rain confined to the coast on Monday. That will be our warmest day with partly sunny skies and high temperatures in the upper 50s. Some spots could hit 60 degrees. Rain will be on the increase Tuesday morning with showers through the afternoon. A stray shower is in the Wednesday forecast with drier weather toward the second half of next week.
