The actress and former child star will appear in court Thursday so that a judge can determine whether she has violated her probation. A spokesperson for the District Attorney's office tells ET that the hearing has been scheduled because of "probation violations." The DA's office will not have the paperwork until Thursday morning, so they are not confirming any speculation on the nature of these alleged probation violations, which are related to her previous DUI case.
