Semaj Booker is back in trouble after another run-in with the law. This time the famous runaway is accused of violating conditions set down by a judge.

Booker was picked up by police sometime after midnight this week and taken home, said Pierce County deputy prosecutor Fred Wist.

Wist, who supervises the juvenile unit, said Booker violated curfew laws and his pre-trial release terms set by a judge.

Booker will appear in court this Tuesday to be arraigned on giving false and misleading statements to police in connection with a burglary incident last July. Last week, a Pierce County judge dismissed two of three criminal charges against Booker in the same break-in incident.

In the burglary case, Booker faced charges of residential burglary and malicious mischief after he was accused of breaking into an apartment and damaging a window screen last July.

Superior Court Judge Frank Cuthbertson ruled that prosecutors had not proved Booker knew it was wrong to damage the screen or break in.

The judge let stand a charge of making false statements to police, ruling the boy knows lying is inappropriate.

The 11-year-old boy made headlines when he twice traveled alone to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, talked his way through federal security checkpoints and either boarded or tried to board airplanes headed south.
