Temporary span of I-5 bridge over Skagit River to open Wednesday
Traffic on Interstate 5 through Western Washington should be flowing smoother soon with the opening of a temporary span on the Skagit River Wednesday, where the bridge collapsed May 23 when it was struck by a truck with an oversize load.
